"This Open File is a compilation of geological Samarium (Sm)-Neodymium (Nd) isotopic data for 2453 whole rock (2426) and mineral (27) samples from northern Canada. The data are from samples collected primarily north of 60°N latitude within Nunavut and Northwest Territories. Although data from samples collected from the northern portions of the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, and Labrador are presented here for geological continuity this compilation is not a comprehensive collection of Sm-Nd isotopic data for regions south of 60°N latitude. The compilation work was supported by the GEM GeoNorth program and includes Sm-Nd isotopic data collected as part of the GEM1 and GEM2 projects"--Introduction, page 1.
