"The Data Fusion and Correlation Techniques Testbed (DFACTT) is a platform on which to test new methods of data fusion and machine intelligence in the electronic warfare field. With the ability to operate multiple Smalltalk environments as well as independent tasks on a variety of VMEbus based devices, the DFACTT will provide an in-house facility at DREO to quickly prototype new ideas and technologies in the areas of sensor data fusion, parallel processing, and knowledge-based programming"--Abstract, page iii.
