"An overview of the chemical and biological oceanographic conditions in the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence in 2023 is presented as part of the Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program (AZMP). AZMP and regional program data are presented in relation to long-term means. Oxygen levels in deep waters reached record-low saturation levels in the northwest and central Gulf but remained near-normal in the Estuary"--Abstract, page v.
