"This evaluation sought to establish whether the Restoring the Rail Service to Churchill Initiative (RRCI) was relevant and appropriately tailored to the goals and needs (economic, political, social) of the affected communities in Manitoba and Kivalliq. The evaluation found that the RRCI was very relevant, and it responded to a crucial need of communities and First Nations in northern Manitoba"--Findings, page 5.
