"This report describes the equations that will be used to assess the damage due to flooding on properties bordering the Lower St. Lawrence. Examples of Impact Functions are presented for Beauharnois, a municipality located on the south shore of Lake St. Louis, and also for Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel, a municipality facing the Sorel Archipelago, on the south shore of the River, near the entrance of Lake St. Pierre. The process of incorporating the Impact Functions into the Shared Vision Model is also outlined"--Introduction, page [1].
