"This report results from discussions between members of the Canadian Wheat Board and the Atmospheric Environment Service of Environment Canada. The objective of these discussions was to determine the needs of the Board for climatic forecasts (forecasts of weather more than ten days into the future), and to review the present and likely capabilities to provide predictions of this nature"--Abstract.
