"The objective of this management plan is to maintain the current distribution of the two Canadian populations (Brandon Sandhills and Lauder Sandhills) of the Prairie Skink, and any new populations which may be discovered in the future. The three broad strategies to achieve the management objective are habitat assessment, management, conservation and protection; monitoring, assessment and research; and communication, collaboration and engagement"--Page iv.
