"This document is the final report for the evaluation of Indigenous Services Canada's (ISC) Environmental Public Health (EPH) services. The evaluation was conducted by ISC Evaluation Branch as outlined in in the ISC Five-Year Evaluation Plan and in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Result (2016) and the Financial Administration Act. EPH includes a suite of services that falls under Public Health Promotion and Disease Prevention in ISC's current Departmental Results Framework and was part of the programs and services brought to Indigenous Services Canada by the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch as a part of departmental transformation in 2017. EPH services are delivered in First Nations communities south of the 60th parallel and are meant to comprise comparable services as those delivered off-reserve by public health authorities under public health legislation. …"--Page 1.
