"As an adjunct to the study of the commercial fishery, 3629 fish marked with Petersen tags were released at various places in Great Slave Lake between 1946 and 1955. Reports of recoveries of 505 of these fish were received. This manuscript report, completed Nov. 24, 1962, is concerned with the details of tagging and recovery, and presents some conclusions drawn from these data"--Introduction, page 1.
