"This technical paper provides an ecosystem accounting framework to assess Canada's urban ecosystems and the ecosystem services they supply. The ecosystem accounts for large urban areas will measure ecosystem extent, condition and services following the internationally accepted environmental accounting standard. The technical paper will guide the development of urban accounts as part of the Census of Environment and will be used to engage with stakeholders about needs, methods, and uses of new data"--Supplied from publisher.
