"Together, the programs evaluated have provided foundational investments in economic infrastructure, sector development and capacity building; support for small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic; and, investments to enhance Indigenous and northern food security by supporting local, community-led projects. The evaluation focused on the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of activities occurring from 2019-2020 to 2022-2023.
