"The Office of Audit and Evaluation conducted an evaluation of the modernization of hosting services (Linux/Unix). The evaluation assessed responsiveness, effectiveness and efficiency. This report represents a snapshot in time from 2020-21 to 2023-24, and reflects data collected in 2024. Linux/Unix services were identified as the focus of the evaluation as these services represented both the opportunities and the challenges associated with providing hosting services.
