"This tabulation lists the average monthly and annual number of hours with freezing drizzle and rain at 106 stations in Canada. These average values are based on a period of from 5 to 12 years in each case. The basic data were abstracted from the General Summaries of Hourly Observations and/or Form 2243 where monthly values of freezing drizzle and rain are listed. Only data from stations where hourly observations are taken regularly throughout the 24 hours have been used in this tabulation"--Page [i].
