"This report provides a description of the Space Weather Bulletin and documents the bulletins issued in 2014. A listing of typical bulletin statements is provided in Section 2 and possible impacts associated with varying levels of space weather activity are given in Section 3. Tables of values used to select descriptive statements used in the bulletin are given in Section 4. Section 5 describes statements issued in a related Twitter feed, and Section 6 summarizes geomagnetic activity in 2014. The collection of the daily bulletins is presented in Section 7"--page 6.
