"A comparison of the halibut from the Gulf of St. Lawrence and Cape Sable regions, shows differences in colouration, size and age composition, and in rate of growth, but they are similar in their length-weight relationship, dorsal and anal fin ray counts and relative rates of growth for the head and pectoral fins"--Page 73.
