"This report provides the results of the Review of the Implementation of the NDS. The objective was to assess the effectiveness of the actions taken by the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) to implement the New Direction in Staffing (NDS) since April 1, 2016. The 4 areas of focus were: governance, the Appointment Policy, support provided to departments and agencies to facilitate implementation and oversight"--Objective, page 3.
