"A standard specifies how to implement a specific mitigation measure to achieve its objective and maximize its effectiveness. This standard provides national guidance from Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) on how to implement the following mitigation measure: Capture fish within an isolated or enclosed area and relocate them to the same watercourse or water body.
