"This specification applies to paint suitable for use over primer to Specification 1-GP-82P. When the two materials are applied, the system shall be suitable for the protection of ship bilges and chain lockers under conditions of high humidity, and intermittent or continuous immersion in bilge water. The system shall also have fire retardant properties and good abrasion and impact resistance"--Definition, page [1].
