This paper highlights the extent to which immigrants integrate into the Canadian skilled workforce as measured by the results of a logistic regression model that enables the identification of factors that contribute to finding high skilled occupations. The economic experience of immigrants to Canada is viewed through occupational skill outcome variations among immigrants and native-born residents.--Introduction
