The working group commissioned 30 papers from top specialists on issues that have been identified as critical for vulnerable groups, in key settings and on key factors, such as the impact of economic policy on health. These papers will be used to assist in the identification of what can be done to act on the physical, psychological, social, cultural and economic determinants of health.--Introduction
