Mineralogy of the Mount Pleasant tin deposit in New Brunswick / by William Petruk. : M34-20/56E-PDF

“The Mount Pleasant tin deposit, in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, is located about 37 miles southwest of Fredericton. It occurs on Mount Pleasant (elevation 1,175 ft), in the vicinity of a lookout tower. When the writer visited the property in October 1962, he examined two mineralized zones. These zones, located about 4,500 feet and 500 feet north of the lookout tower, are referred to as the North and Fire Tower Zones, respectively. Some fifty samples were collected by the writer from the North Zone, and some from the Fire Tower Zone. This collection was subsequently augmented by hand specimens and drill core samples supplied by officials of Mount Pleasant Mines Limited. The present study is restricted to the mineralogy of this material"--Introd., p. 1.
