"This interim report describes progress during the first eight months of the project, and contains the project Operating Plan. Proposed research in the promising areas of subterranean termite behaviour, environmental biology, and associations with fungi and nematodes is described, as is the incorporation of anticipated results into a termite management program. Successful implementation of such a program will require educational efforts based on sociological as well as biological research findings"--Abstract.
