On the exercise of the powers, duties, and functions set out under the Lobbyists Registration Act in relation to the Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct. The Code establishes mandatory standards of conduct for all lobbyists communicating with federal public office holders. Describes complaints of violations of the Code made during the fiscal year, as well as applications from Democracy Watch for judicial review of certain decisions of the Ethics Counsellor.
