The Bill to implement the new simplified Customs Tariff is expected to go before Parliament shortly. Although the Bill has not yet received Royal Assent and come into force, Revenue Canada is providing the information in this consolidation at this time in order to assist businesses and organizations prepare for the tariff changes it will bring. Accordingly, the information contained in this consolidation is the best available at the time of printing and is subject to amendment.
