Canada Small Business Financing Program guidelines: C2-424/1999E

The purpose of these Guidelines is to assist lenders in the delivery of the Program by providing the Administration's interpretation of the provisions of the Canada Small Business Financing Act (CSBFA) and the Canada Small Business Financing Regulations (CSBFR). Lenders should always refer to the Act and Regulations as they constitute the legal authority for the Program.--Introduction
