Tlicho Agreement Implementation Plan : R32-241/2003E
This implementation plan is for the land claims and self-government agreement (the Tlicho Agreement) between the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council, the government of the Northwest Territories, and the Canadian government. It identifies activities, costs, and monitoring mechanisms, and addresses dispute resolution and amendments to the plan. It includes wildlife harvesting rights, compensation, and management; trees and forest management; national parks; protected areas; heritage resources; Tlicho lands; land and water regulations; economic measures; and taxation.
