This manual, produced by the Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response of the Public Health Agency of Canada, is a practical guide to planning, organizing, training staff, and operating the Registration and Inquiry Service in a disaster. The purpose of the Registration and Inquiry Service is to reunite family member separated in a disaster and to collect information and answer inquiries concerning the condition and whereabouts of missing persons.
