Attitudes towards the use of both official languages within the public service of Canada - Volume 2 : qualitative report / Prepared by NFO CFgroup. : BT22-84/2002-2

The qualitative survey of public servants’ attitudes and perceptions of bilingualism used interviews of 30 executives, 14 face-to-face focus groups, and many on-line chat sessions and bulletin boards.
