This conference examined the role of social capital in the inclusion of immigrants and members of ethno-cultural communities and identified the potential opportunities and challenges that a social capital perspective poses for public policy. The conference was organized by the Government of Canada’s Policy Research Initiative, jointly with the OECD, and in partnership with several federal departments.
