Cover image

The goal of this brochure is to broaden the concept of diversity and, specifically, to challenge some of the stereotypes associated with gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered (GLBT) persons, to suggest concrete means for improving their well-being at work, and to offer basic information on the individual rights and obligations of all employees in a workplace that respects diversity. It is for all Canadian Heritage and Parks Canada employees, as well as those in other federal government departments and agencies who are interested in promoting diversity.
