This booklet presents the Agency’s code of ethics, which applies to all Parks Canada employees, including managers. The code states the democratic, professional, ethical, and people qualities that should shape employees’ activities. It also includes the Agency’s role and mandate; the code’s objectives; and individuals’ responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities. The booklet presents measures to deal with conflict-of-interest and post-employment situations; avenues for resolving ethical dilemmas; and reporting required for assets, liabilities, and trusts.
