This report investigates issues relating to Canadian Television Fund (CTF). It looks at the effective use of contributions from the broadcasting distribution undertakings, the size and structure of the CTF board, and measures for dealing with conflicts of interest. Findings and recommendations concern the CTF’s objectives, new media, governance, accountability and communications, conflicts of interest, the CBC, special initiatives, and the schedule for the various parties to implement the recommendations.
