International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights : fifth report of Canada : CH37-4/6-2005E-HTML
This is Canada’s fifth report to the United Nations on measures the federal, provincial, and territorial governments have taken to give effect to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The Covenant provides for the right to self-determination, the equal rights of women and men, the right to work, the right to just and favourable working conditions, the right to an adequate standard of living, and the right to education, among others.
