The Ice Brook Formation and post-Rapitan, late Proterozoic glaciation, Mackenzie Mountains, Northwest Territories / J.D. Aitken.: M42-404E-PDF

"In the Mackenzie Mountains, glacial influence on deposition of the Upper Proterozoic Sayunei formations of the Rapitan Group has been well documented. Until recently, these havebeen considered the only Proterozoic glacial deposits of the region. This report documents the evidence for glacial origin of Upper Proterozoic diamictites occurring one kilometre or more stratigraphically above the Rapitan. These younger diamictites previously were thought to be the result of mass flow processes."--Summary, p. 3.
