Superseded Memorandum D2-6-4 dated February 3, 2006. This memorandum outlines and explains the procedures for handling delayed or unclaimed baggage at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). While these procedures are intended mainly for the air mode, they may be modified for other modes of transportation.
