This report presents the findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the Formative Evaluation of the Federal Contaminated Sites Action Plan (FCSAP) conducted from March to September 2008. FCSAP is a cost-shared program that assists federal departments, agencies, and consolidated Crown corporations to address contaminated sites for which they are responsible.
