"The amendments to the Income Tax Act set out in a Notice of Ways and Means Motions tabled in the House of Commons on November 25 incorporate the draft legislation covering various measures such as the new research and development financing mechanism, the Indexed Security Investment Program, and the proposals contained in my budget of April 19,1983. In addition, it extends the deadline for issuance of farmers and small business bonds to the end of 1985. ..."--Pref.
