The Department’s Acquisitions Branch is responsible for OSME. The services provided by OSME are included under sub-activity 1.1.3 (Strategic Acquisition Support Services) of the Program Activity Architecture, and represent approximately $4 million in annual expenditures"--Main Points, p. i.
