"This evaluation examined the ongoing relevance and performance of the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) as it assists small- and medium-sized enterprises in navigating the federal procurement system and advocates on their behalf for changes to that system. The Department’s Acquisitions Branch is responsible for OSME.
