"This is the Report of the fifth Quadrennial Judicial Compensation and Benefits Commission (“Quadrennial Commission” or “Commission”) established under section 26 of the Judges Act to inquire into the adequacy of salaries and benefits payable to federally-appointed judges. This Commission was established by Order in Council and its appointment announced on December 18, 2015, by the Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.
