"The following evaluation projects are in approximate order of priority for the fiscal year 1977-78 as determined by: (a) outstanding Treasury Board obligations and expectations (b) relative expenditure and program size (c) evaluability assessment (d) potential impact on policy and program development. There are about thirty active projects described in this inventory with a total program expenditure in 1978/79 of approximately $120 million. This represents in the order of 20% of the total 1977/78 budget for the Indian and Inuit Affairs Program."--p. [1].
