"This interim report on the progress of the Special Educatiion Pilot project at the Tyendinaga Reserve has been undertaken by the Ontario Region of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte Band. An attempt has been made to describe the progress of the project from the initial discussion stages through to the present operating structure.
