"This document is the master plan for the Technical Services and Contracts training program for Indian Bands and field staff. It is divided into four parts. The first two parts describe training activities that are being initiated by the Technical Services and Contracts (TS&C) Branch in headquarters (HQ). The third part of the document deals with training initiatives for bands and field staff that are underway in the regions. The fourth part describes other training available outside the Department. The training courses described here have been separated into subject areas with specific objectives.
