"This document is the master plan for the Technical Services and Contracts training program for Indian Bands and field staff. It is divided into four parts. The first three parts describe training activities that are being initiated by the Technical Services and Contracts (TS&C) Branch in headquarters (HQ). The fourth part of the document deals with training initiatives for bands and field staff that are underway in the regions. The training courses described here have been separated into subject areas with specific objectives. A précis is provided on each course and identifies the course content, format, duration and intended audience. The status of the courses is also indicated."--Foreword, p. 1.
