"The following evaluation projects are in approximate order of priority for the fiscal year 1979-80 as determined by: (a) outstanding Treasury Board obligations and expectations; (b) relative expenditure and program size; (c) evaluability assessment; (d) potential impact on policy and program development. There are about forty active projects described in this inventory with a total program expenditure in 1979-80 of approximately $120 million. This represents in the order of 20% of the total 1979-80 budget for the Indian and Inuit Affairs Program."--[Preface].
