"This survey of Aboriginal people living on-reserve in Canada was designed to provide INAC and CIO with a representative assessment of the views of First Nations people living on-reserve on two key sets of issues: 1) conditions on-reserve, and 2) optimal methods of communication from the Government of Canada.
