"This survey of Aboriginal people living on-reserve in Canada was designed to provide INAC and CIO with a representative assessment of the views of First Nations people living on-reserve on two key sets of issues: 1) conditions on-reserve, and 2) optimal methods of communication from the Government of Canada. The information flowing from this research will inform the Departments’ broader consultation strategies. This large, national survey is the first of it’s kind in Canada"--Introduction, p. 2.
