Report of the President of the Treasury Board on the provisions and operation of the User Fees Act .: BT39-32/2007E-PDF

"This report outlines the state of the government-wide implementation of user fees pursuant to section 8 of the User Fees Act: A review of the provisions and operation of this Act shall be completed by the President of the Treasury Board during the third year after this Act is assented to. The Minister shall cause a report of the results of the review to be laid before each House of Parliament on any of the first fifteen days on which that House is sitting after the report is completed"--Purpose of Report, p. 1.
