"This report presents the findings of the mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Cabinet Directive on Streamlining Regulation (CDSR). The evaluation examines early implementation and progress toward immediate outcomes for the two-and-a-half-year period from the coming into force of the CDSR in April 2007 to fall 2009.
