"The interstream area extending some 80 to 85 mi (130 - 140 km) upstream from the junction of the Ottawa and St. Lawrence rivers has been surveyed to determine the directions of groundwater flow. Hydrogeological and hydrochemical data have been compiled and are presented in the form of computer-calculated contour maps at a scale of 1 : 250 000 . An explanatory note accompanies each map describing the main features, trends, and discrepancies"--Abstract.
