"This report summarizes the results of the first operational survey carried out with the Barringer COTRAN airborne electromagnetic (AEM) system. The survey was an evaluation study of the COTRAN system sponsored by the Geological Survey of Canada (GSC). The objectives of the survey were twofold. The first objective was to carry out an operational survey to assess the overall performance of the COTRAN system. The second objective was to test the ability of the COTRAN system to detect deep, known conductors"--Introduction, p. [1].
